The Irish Erasmus National Agency in partnership with the National Qualifications Authority of Ireland (NQA!) and the Irish team of Bologna Experts has commenced a series of workshops aimed at promoting a greater awareness of the Diploma Supplement among HEI staff as well as outlining in detail the process of completing the DS.

The first in the series took place at the University of Limerick and including representatives from Mary Immmaculate College.

Presentations were made by Gerry O'Sullivan on the Mobility Context; by William O'Keeffe on the place of the Diploma Supplement within the Europass suite of documents and Dr. Bernadette Walsh, Dr. Norma Ryan and Dr. Brendan McCormack on completing a Diploma Supplement. The second workshop was held at UCC for staff of the university and Cork Institute of Technology while the Institute of Sligo was the venue for the third workshop which focussed on staff of IT Sligo, St Angela's College, Sligo and Letterkenny Institute of Technology.
